With a passion for comprehensive family care and a commitment to patient-centered practice, I am Jocelyn Noriega, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) dedicated to promoting health and wellness within the community.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Northern Arizona University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and primary care. My love for nursing started at a young age taking care of family members which grew into furthering my career in nursing achieving my advanced practice degree. My background and work experience has provided me with invaluable insights into patient care and management.

As an FNP in this esteemed family practice office, I believe in building trusting relationships with patients of all ages. I am skilled in conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans that prioritize both physical and emotional well-being. Whether it’s managing chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension or providing preventive care through screenings and vaccinations, I strive to empower my patients to make informed decisions about their health.

I am committed to staying current with advancements in medical research and best practices in family medicine to ensure the highest standard of care. Outside of work, I enjoy attending my children’s sports and extracurricular activities, building Legos, camping, and spending quality time with my family. I am excited to be part of this practice and look forward to serving the community with dedication and professionalism.
