Daniel Valdez is a third generation Arizonan, born and raised on the border of Douglas. After graduating high school, he lived in Tucson for 13 years and obtained his BA from the University of Arizona. After earning his MPAS/PA-C at Northern Arizona University, Phoenix, He gained experience working as a Physician Assistant at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, caring for patients hospitalized due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Daniel joined Sun Life Health in 2023 to help make a difference, by providing high quality rural primary care services for those in need. His goal is to provide the best healthcare to all patients that walk in the door and explain things to them in everyday language, while ensuring they are being heard.
