In 2011, Mr. Gust made the move from Minnesota to the sunny city of Tucson to pursue a master’s degree in nursing at the University of Arizona. Following that, he dedicated over seven years to working in the area’s top acuity teaching hospitals, specializing in trauma, burn care, post-surgical, post-transplant, and medical ICU nursing.

Transitioning into family medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Dan is now focusing on preventive healthcare to enhance positive health outcomes and improve quality of life across all age groups.

During his free time, he loves to explore the desert of southern Arizona, play golf, cook, foster rescue animals, and spend quality time with his family and friends.
