Mr. Carroll has been a behavioral health treatment/service provider in Arizona for more than 20 years. Prior to moving to Arizona he resided in Vermont, New York, and Pennsylvania.

During his career, he has worked in various roles including, clinical trainer, advisor, director and supervisor. He has also worked as a counselor/therapist providing both individual and group counseling services to patients while working for various agencies throughout Arizona. His most recent role was as a Clinical Director in a reputable health care clinic located in Phoenix, AZ.

He has worked primarily with adults. He enjoys helping patients resolve the various challenges with Mental Health and Substance Use disorders. He is the author of several books that many patients have found helpful supporting their recoveries. He is excited to join Sun Life Health as a Behavioral Health Consultant where he can share this wealth of knowledge.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He enjoys working out, fishing, camping, dancing and completing various home remodeling projects. Finally, he is a Corvette enthusiast and devoted fan of the Phoenix SUNS and Arizona Cardinals.
