Marie Khatinha, FNP-BC, is the awesome, new addition to Sun Life’s Mesa location. She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and is passionate about caring for others.

She started her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant and worked her way up. She received her Bachelor of Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2014. While working in Emergency Department she pursued her interest in healthcare and completed her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2020. For Marie the most rewarding feeling is being able to help people improve their quality of life and stay healthy. From her love of the healthcare profession to her empathetic nature as a driving force, she remains steadfast in her abilities and passionate for the practice. Strong communication skills and a kind soul have been Marie’s assets in her long career dedicated to service.

Marie enjoys camping and being outdoors. She loves spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs. Her other hobbies include DIY remodeling projects, crafting, and baking.
